Gender scan

Hi have been told at private scan 18 weeks we are having a little girl however not sure if it is too early to tell. I have uploaded scan picture just wondered what others thoughts were. We do have mostly unisex stuff but kids were present at scan when we were told and don't want them to be too disappointed. Lady seemed confident and pointed out her lady parts on screen but I took her word for it as not really sure what I was looking for having boys previously. She also found it within seconds
