Should we DTD again?

Hi everyone! I'm a new poster but have been hanging around for a very long time. I've been following the LE diet for a few months now and we just had our first attempt Thursday night. I got a positive opk Thursday afternoon and so we did our one attempt that evening. I continued to get positive opks Friday, Saturday and even today (Sunday). I have also had very strong ovulation cramps yesterday and today. ( I've also noticed some red blood in my cm all day today which is odd for me). Anyways, I would like to stick with the one attempt, but now am nervous we DTD too early. If it were you, would you bd one more time tomorrow (Monday) which would make it 4 days from our one attempt? Or should I let it be and see how things play out?

I thought it was generally recommended to continuing BD every 4 days after you O just incase you do O late? So Monday would still be 1 attempt if you do O late. I'm not a girl swayer though so happy to be corrected by someone with more expertise.

Thank you MiaMelb! That would certainly take the guess work out and be easier. I thought I remembered reading that the every 4 day method was the step after trying to just do one attempt total without getting pregnant.... but I'm not sure if that's correct or why haha.

Since you're on your first month out you can make a choice - sticking with one attempt, or having e4d attempts from here on in. Some people really want to give it a try with just one that first month. I generally ~prefer~ people pick it up with e4d after the one attempt at positive but you don't have to do it that way if you don't want, esp. that first month. Totally up to you!
