What's the deal? I just realized the tea I drink every morning (Bengal Spice by Celestial Seasonings) is full of cinnamon, and I can't remember if that is good for a boy sway? I haven't been eating it otherwise, and I only have one cup of tea a day.

I think it suppose to raise pH. So if you care about that then it helps.
I have it in my cereal morning and night :)
Great for raising pH!
Good to hear! I didn't want to stop drinking my tea. :)
Cinnamon may lower blood glucose, here is the article http://diabetes.about.com/od/whatson...t/cinnamon.htm but it is unclear to me does it refer only to people with Type 2 diabetes or to all of us?
Like everyone already said :agree: it is said to be alkalinizing but has also been linked to lower blood sugar when taken as a supplement (so in greater amounts than just dietary levels). Cinnamon also has calcium if that is important to you.
I really do believe that in terms of blood sugar, when you're doing so much to keep your blood sugar in a good place, you really CAN'T screw it up with cinnamon, ACV, or anything short of prescription drugs. If you're eating 3 meals and 3 snacks with protein and carbs at every meal and snack, your blood sugar just can't drop much. Remember, sky high levels of blood glucose are bad both for your health and also for fetuses of either gender, you want moderate glucose levels for a boy anyway.
I wouldn't take cinnamon supplements or go overboard with the tea, but I would not worry about dietary amounts of cinnamon.
I am just having one cup of the tea, so hopefully that won't be a big deal. And as far as the blood sugar, I basically eat all day long. Occasionally I go a while without food, but it is only if I am out doing stuff and can't eat (and I usually take snacks with me so this doesn't happen). I hope I am doing this right....
