Water - what are Aussie ladies drinking for TTC pink?

Hello,

Just wondering what water others in Australia are drinking for TTC pink. Couldn't find the water threads but seem to remember alot of the recommendations being brands we don't have here.

What are people's views on tap water?

Do you think its a big deal to get the water right? - I know we can get Perrier and Evian which i think are supposed to be good...but are very pricey if that's all you're consuming.

Any thoughts appreciated.

I have seen they are drinking Diet Sprite in place of chrystal light..

Hi coco yes diet sprite, mineral water and if you get the Aldi brand diet lemonade or mineral water it has even less sodium and nutrients. I am drinking tap water and boiled water as well and my ph is pretty low4-5 and I'm not even strict on the diet.

I'm drinking Diet Coke and Light Cranberry juice. I don't drink a heap of water, but if I do, its just tap water. Diet Sprite is good too as are the Waterfords Diet drinks. HTH

Personally, I think it's fine to drink tap water because if swaying was as simple as something in the water causing an overwhelming alteration of the gender ratio, the entire human race would have died out a long time ago.

Can you get seltzer or tonic water there cheaply?? I love seltzer water and drink it instead of beer/diet pop and it's girl-friendly. Tonic water may be even better because it contains quinine which lowers testosterone.

Atomic don't know if we have seltzer water but will definately get hold of some tonic water - think i really need to work on lowering testosterone! :)
