I keep getting confused about the different things that sway more then others. I was wondering when it comes to milk and dairy a lot of people have said that milk sways pink when done right meaning you drink low fat and low potassium or organic milk. Or checking to make sure it doesn't have a lot of nutrients in it. A lot of the sways i've seen include dairy or drink like 1 to 2 glasses of low fat or skim milk. So i wanted to know if it helps or hurts your sway.
