Hi, Im going to be swaying for a girl and decided to just get on with it a bit sooner than planned. I had my 7 day break and then took it for 5 days. Just wondered if Im likely to get another withdrawl bleed after taking it for 5 days? Anyone else stopped it after day 5 and know how long it took to ovulate? Got some ovulation tests coming anyway
Hmm probably not, but the pill is really unpredictable sometimes.

I have been doing the exercise every day for over a week where as it was more like 4 times a week before so decided to just start now while the swaying is going good. Just hope ovulation doesn't take forever!
You might. I had to stop Microgestin in the first week or so of a pack for a medical reason several years ago. I wasn't monitoring ovulation, but I did end up bleeding like a normal period a few days after I stopped.
I'd say use OPKs and temp if you can -- stopping in an abnormal place in a pack can make things wonky, but considering even one or two days of taking a pill late can affect protection, means you might ovulate sooner than you'd think. Good luck to you!
Remember though, cycles being weird only helps a pink sway.
I did end up getting af 2 days later (usually its 3 to 4 days later) and it was twice as heavy but more like water and has almost stopped now. Few ovary twinges and 2 under the skin cyst spots on my chin! Hoping because its missed around my hormones it helps to sway. The diet went out the window this weekend as the kids were away for the weekend so we ate out and I had lamb twice and tripple the calories! But Im ok with that, I tried so hard with Ds3 being so stict with food so feel like maybe its not that easy for me for it to just be food. However Im back on an even stricter diet tomorrow! Been using opks and was dark this am but not positive and has gotten lighter so think I havent ovulated yet. Or maybe I did, that would be fab if I did as I would have got 1 attempt in 2 to 3 days before.
