Gender confirmed by ultrasound finally at 24 weeks pregnant that we are finally having a GIRL!!! :omg::ttcgirl: We can't believe it! I am still in shock!! So thrilling to finally buy pink stuff after 3 boys!

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Our first month trying I was more strict on the LE diet however as AF approached and I 'felt' pregnant I fell off the diet wagon pretty bad... picked it up again at AF though so I'd get a couple decent weeks in before attempting again.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
8 weeks with about a week of not sticking to it when I thought I'd be getting a bfp the first month
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes. My job made it very easy to not eat until at least noon, sometimes 2pm. Then I usually had a fruit/veggie smoothie or a salad.

Did you consume alcohol?
Yes, between 2-4oz vodka each night from af to about 4dpo. Drank with diet soda (Dr. Pepper, Pepsi, ginger ale, etc) I'm not a big drinker other than while swaying so that was very different for me.
Did you try to limit caffeine?
No, I'm not a coffee drinker at all however used Maxwell House concentrated iced coffee in my water, one serving a day
Any Diet Details?
I found it easy to not eat until lunch time and then have a light lunch, home at 5pm but larger supper, tried to cut back on meat and eat mostly vegetarian (but I love cheese!)
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info
I'm still nursing my 22 month old so stuck with the upper limits for foods, and I think I averaged around 1500-1800 cals daily. Had more snacks/sweets before bed than I would have liked but otherwise did alright!
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I did 1hr of running (sometimes brisk walking, but mostly running) on the treadmill at least 5 days a week. I took a few days off the week before conceiving but made sure to get in at least the hour from about 4 days before O until 2 or 3dpo. The battery died on my scale so I have no idea whether I lost weight

Also I've been on Cetrizine Hydrochloride (antihistamine) since about October due to constantly breaking into hives for no known reason. I saw this used to be used in girl sways, although it isn't brought up much anymore.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I feel like I did many things differently this time, especially the exercise and drinking alcohol.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
took a short break from diet & exercise during 2ww the first month. Got my butt back in gear when AF showed though. I am nervous about the multiple attempts in fertile window.
