Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
-- No red meat for over a year.
stayed within the daily limits of protein. fats I sometimes went over.
toward the end I had to add in 1 to 2 eggs a day and full fat dairy yogurt. My fat went a bit up toward the end.
I also started to add in 2 servings of chicken a week as I wasn't getting pregnant.
calories were always under 1500.
NEVER SNACKED THROUGH OUT DAY

--I was on LE (STRICT) for 6 months

Yes

--YES! no red meat for entire time I was on diet. He drank diet pop with me
Comments regarding DH's diet-
Did you consume alcohol?
--Yes. Only a few days a week if that normally.
This month was my birthday and I O'ed around that time. I drank pretty much all day on my birthday!:-D
Did you try to limit caffeine?
--NO-- I drink 3 larger cups per day. This is ONLY since just before getting pregnant with my daughter.. did NOT drink coffee with my boys
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info
--I was STRICT on the LE diet for months. It messed with my cycles. I had to switch it up as I was not getting pregnant and unfortunately I gain weight with high carbs regardless of calories etc. At the end I had bread/carb once per day and as my first meal of the day. I also added 1 egg in and full fat greek yogurt. I also read that around ovulation time warm foods could help.. so I was having lots of low fat soup this cycle.
last meal was usually frozen yogurt and or candy.
I ate 3 meals a day.
meal #1 was at 11.30am (lunch)
meal #2 was at 5pm (dinner)
meal #3 was at 8pm (snack).
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
135 LBS. BMI = 24 I would have loved to get down a little more. I lost an additional 3 pounds this cycle from cutting some carbs.
I also started doing more cardio this cycle. I was doing 60 min 4 days a week.

--I took trigger shot this cycle on CD14. I ovulated 24 hrs after that trigger shot and my second attempt. (CD15 was ovulation day)

Things that make me nervous about my sway:
--Having more than 1 attempt.
--I had cheesecake for my birthday :worry:
--Having to drop ALOT of my original sway just to conceive.
We are just so grateful to be pregnant. After TTC for 7 months and going to our fertility clinic for the last 3 months has been exhausting and very draining. ALL of our children before this were conceived within 2 cycles, including our daughter. We are just ready to accept what god wants for our 4th and final baby and I just hope and pray its a sister for my daughter. If its a little brother for her I just know it was meant to be!
I will update this thread when I find out gender. I am doing Harmony at 9-10 weeks.:baby:

UPDATE--- panorama test at 9 weeks said girl! I am still in shock as I thought for sure it was a boy. I am going for gender ultrasound next month but I've been reassured that the genetic DNA test is 99% accurate so I think it's safe to say it's a GIRL!
UPDATE #2--- ultrasounds show healthy baby girl!
