Hi all! I am new to all of this gender swaying but have a general question about supplements. I understand that you want to run your body down in order to have a girl but what about egg quality? I don't want to risk not having the best egg quality possible, is there a supplement that sways girl that helps with egg quality?

Just a LITTLE though. We are just trying to dial back our condition a LITTLE. Not enough to affect egg quality.
Some of us take Coq10 (ubiquinol is best) for egg quality while swaying. Does not seem to sway blue and we've gotten good results with it. We also have the alternate PCO-type diets that are much better for fertiity than the standard LE if that is something you're interested in. They are harder to stick to, however, and may make you lose way too much weight if you do not have PCO or insulin resistance.
