Advice pls asap

Hi, we had an attempt the last cycle, I feel like implatation happened on 10 or 11dpo and Im sure one very early 10hcg test was a faint positive on 15dpo and then I got af so I think it was a chemical. So now on cycle 2. I came off the pill that last cycle but didn't have a period before ttc so maybe that's the cause of the chemical. Now usually I get spots after ovulation but they wern't too bad and my temperatures were much higher the last cycle, the highest Ive ever had. I didn't take saw palmetto last month and I'm wondering if I should this month or if it will do more harmony than good. Maybe my hormones are girl friendly after the pill as not so spotty and pmt'ish.
We are away on holiday the week of ovulation so exercise will be a few times that week and not every day for an hour. I have Pcos tendencies so I will try to keep sugar levels as low as I can and avoid carbs etc.
Would Saw Palmetto be a good thing to add in or not? TIA
