Anyone ever feel like "this is my month" and been right?

This is a weird question, and considering how NOT into "intuitions/feelings" I tend to be (but has gotten terrible since my first pregnancy -- I've even gone full astrology since then lol), I was curious:

Has anyone felt like "I'm going to conceive my DG this month?" and been right?

I know we have a bunch of different threads on feelings/intuitions being right or wrong once someone already WAS pregnant, but I'm curious if anyone's ever had a feeling that they'd get pregnant (and with what gender) BEFORE pregnancy and been right?

I don't know if I'm phrasing this right, but now I'm curious considering I've had this very strong urge to try this month (though I hadn't really been planning to) and feeling almost an elation of, "I'm going to get my son." Like, 99% confidence. I'm usually able to take a step back and analyze, and probably will, but it had me wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

I'm guessing it'll be about 50/50 right or wrong still, haha, since I know we totally bias our results since we're all here with GD, but I figure it's just enough of a different topic to warrant some discussion.

(For context, we were holding off TTC because of my thyroid levels since I had two early miscarriages over the last year. My last bloodwork several weeks ago had me with perfect TTC TSH, and slightly hypo T4 which could be correct by now based on my dose tweak, but I wouldn't know for sure until the end of the month.)

Well, I guess intuition was right for me in retrospect with this pregnancy. I buckled down with my sway and had a ton of stress going on at the time. I didn't think I would get pregnant because of everything going on. When I got my BFP, I thought that I had the best shot at conceiving a girl than ever before. I still expected this to be a boy, because I had a hard time imagining my DH and I could help create a girl, haha!

this is an interesting question because im not really one for putting much stock in intuitions either BUT (haha)

when i was around 8 months pregnant with my 4th son (we knew he was a boy) i suddenly went from being utterly convinced that we would never get our living daughter which is how i had been feeling for years (and sure enough we got boy-after-boy-after-boy) to being 100% convinced that he was the last boy or at least the last boy for a good while..

i have no idea where this feeling came from, i didnt know about swaying so it wasnt through the hope of trying something different next time. it just randomly hit me and stayed.. it brought with it some peace on the whole GD situation that felt otherwise completely and hopelessly out of my control. (not saying i didnt panic during my next pregnancy at the concept of boy #5 for 18 straight weeks until my gender scan-i did! but i felt more hopeful than i had in any of my other pregnancies)

since his birth i have had 2 pregnancies, both resulted in healthy living girls. after the first i found swaying/this site and the second girl was a GD sway, i do believe the sway was a huge part in her being a girl and will sway for all future babies, so im not relying on this *feeling* i had and leaving it at that.

But it is odd to me how i had this undeniable feeling of him being the last in the run of boys and then 2 girls followed..

its not exactly the same as yours but it was pre-conception, it just happened at the very end of the previous pregnancy, pregnancy hormones maybe? who knows!! but it did end up true so if you feel happy with your sway and your medically in a good place to try then perhaps this is a good time for you :) after what happened to me i find it harder to ignore and dismiss these things completely. (but as i said it doesnt stop me swaying so maybe im a poor example!)

Yes, but the other way around! We were suppose to start ttc this month and I am getting so many boy vibes!! Originally everything was pointing girl for me but now I found another Chinese calendar that says this is my boy month, I got my period a couple days early which now puts my attempts in full moon. And I know that these mean nothing but I can't help but think that if that if I do get pregnant this month it's going to be a boy.

I'm a pink swayer now, but when I was TTC #1 I desperately wanted a boy first (I had always wished I had an older brother, that may be why). The month I conceived him, I was certain at the beginning of the month that if I conceived (we were considering taking the month off), it would be a boy. It wasn't based on anything but intuition, but I was right.

Interesting topic, my intuition was right with our first baby. I don't know how science sees it but if you want something with purity of heart, the circumstances will likely build to facilitate. When we started i have strong vibes it the boy and boy it is...

Ive always had the idea that if i had a baby in november it would be a girl mainly due to all the females and me born in november but ive always shrugged it off before this sway.. luckily i ovulated on a girl moon and chinese calender also says girl.. and ramzi theory says girl. I couldnt believe i got pregnant the first attempt as it took at least 3 months with the boys. So im praying that maybe i was right and november was the month for a girl for me.. i cant ever imagine having a girl now after my 6 boys i think it would take years to sink in lol x

I have a feeling next month I'll get a bfp and it will be my boy. I've said this to the ladies on the current tww thread about a week ago and also to a few of my friends. I don't know why but just a feeling. This is my first month TTC and while everything g was perfectly timed and swayed I just don't feel like I'll get a bfp. Guess we'll see next month if I get a bfp and my intuition is right - probably not!

This is interesting, I didn't expect so many women to have felt or understood where I was coming from. Thank you all so much for your responses!

@lovingpink: It's interesting, because I'm sort of the opposite opposite! This month would be a spring month (some say a girl month, others say neutral), and I'm pretty sure I'd end up ovulating in a new moon phase based on how I had such a delayed ovulation last month (because I decided to wean off the B6 I had been taking to see what happened... ack, probably wasn't a good idea. I am retaking the B6 now though, especially since it's helped my periods), even though the previous months I've been ovulating at least in waning phases (supposedly boy phases).

At the same time, my DH and I are just so solidly in HE territory and have been, so maybe that's why I feel this urge? Maybe it's because it's spring here, and I get SO much done in spring (I'm beginning to think my nesting this time last year was just my normal spring urge to accomplish things!), that I feel this drive. I even looked at my food diary and did protein averages -- before my DD, I averaged in the 40s for grams of protein a day; now I average in the high 90s/low 100s, and have been for months.

I don't know -- it's nice to see I wasn't laughed at for this question, haha. I'm hoping everyone's intuition for TTC their DGs is right/continues to be right!
