12 week ultrasound guesses please!

hi, guesses please for these 12w3d ultrasound pics. One is a potty shot and the tech said she kept seeing boy parts...she said she was 75% sure it's a boy...I know they say potty shots aren't accurate, but can the parts protrude this much if a girl? Anyone else have potty shots like this and have a girl? Or boy? The other hopefully has a nub...haha. I can slightly see one. Any guesses appreciated! Thanks so much!

Too early for potty shot (and yes they can look like that girls or boys at this stage) but the nub looks boy to me.
