hello ladies!
I would like to know if any of you are trying to conceive twins, it is crazy, i know but do you?
i'v read about hierbs that can help like iso, maca, vitex, etc... but i dont know how i coud take it.
so, are some of you ttct?

Hi Artemisa!!! Yes that's me & I don't think it's crazy (or maybe we're both crazy lol). Well, at this point, just a DD would be great, but twin DD would be a dream! Are you swaying too? For DS1 & DS2, I took soy isoflavones CD 3-7. I also ate a lot of cassava root potato chips. In looking back, I believe these may have swayed blue, but didn't give me my twins.
Now since I'm swaying pink, I've been trying vitex & folic acid, taking vitex AF-O. It is has been taking me longer ttc this time and may be due to the vitex. Atomic has advised me to stop taking vitex, so only have taken it CD 1-10 this time. If you can get your hands on clomid or femara-you'd have a much better chance at twins, aside from IVF of course. I have regular cycles, so I haven't even attempted to get these, but may make an appt if I don't conceive soon!

Hello lolabelle!! Thank you for your reply!! We want ttc in september! For the moment I'm taking folic acid maca, vit. Prenatal., royal jelly and tea green. And I will take soy isoflavones in the month that ttc.. (I don't know about vitex yet ).
I'm regular and I don't have issues with fertility so I don't think that my doctor gives me clomid.
How many mg did you take of iso before?
So, you are taking vitex and folic acid and something else?
I am one of those crazies that would love twins!! I am just taking 2400mg of folic and that's all for now it seems like a heap but I've read you just pee out what you don't need and that t can make you release multiple eggs.

I would secretly love twin girls! My husband would freak out though!
I am breastfeeding, over 35, ttc my 3rd from September, on mini pill for the time being and taking folic so hoping this tips the scales for me. I may take Vitex. Also my sis had twins as did 3 of my aunties so I'm hoping there is something genetic there!

Artemisa-for this cycle I was only taking vitex & folic acid, but recently stopped the vitex...think it may be keeping from getting a BFP! Are you swaying for blue or pink? Prenatals & soy ISO may sway blue, so I'm staying away from those!
Kittendreams-sounds like you have a naturally good chance at twins with them running in the family :) You have age on your side there too-I'm over 35 as well.
Yes my sister and aunts were all in their late 30's so I definitely think age helps. I'm nearly 37 so hoping that sways girl for us and two girls would be amazing!Quote:

Yes I was going to start, have clomid,Gonal F,HCG triggers,progesterone,high dose folate,digital ovulation kit and my protocol and was going to sway twin girls. I didn't get a chance to do anything as I fell pregnant in march(ovulated later than norm and wasn't careful) went for a scan at 5+6 due to pain and i'm having TWINS :omg::omg::running::bigsmile::bigsmile:. I think they are twin boys because ive only felt nauseous but not been sick but that is fine, I'm happy and grateful. Good luck ladies

In my family there isn't any twins :nono: I am 34 years.
So, that isn't to my luck.
I prefer girls, but boys would fine.
Prenatal is for boys too? I didn't know. So, aren't you take vitamins ?
Also I am eat a lot of milk and yogurt.
