I have a question about using Rephresh .., I plan on using it a few times during my cycle after period ends .. so I continue using it until ovulation if I plan to do 3-4 day cut off before ovulation ?

Once the attempt is done there is no benefit to the RepHresh and I'd stop using it. I know this is not the advice given on other sites but once the sperm have left the vagina and gone up inside the cervical crypts there is no benefit to continuing to use it.
