Messed up with Rephresh?? Help!! Should I do 2nd attempt

***PINK SWAY*** Hello ladies! I wanted some opinions.. I think I messed up with the Rephresh, I inserted a bit right before dtd and put the rest in a couple minutes after dtd.. this was last night, got +opk this morning. I have had hubby doing FR up until our attempt last night.. I am worried that I won't have a chance at conceiving as I didn't know I wasn't supposed to use the Rephresh immediately before/after dtd..(last dose of Rephresh was 3days prior to attempt)

SO my question is should we dtd one more time with shallow penetration, maybe pull out during too? Or stick with my one attempt last night?

I have 3 boys so I reallllyyyyyy want to try as much as I can for a baby girl!

Well I didn't do an extra attempt so we'll see if I get a bfp this month or not! This is my first cycle ttc so not a huge deal if I don't get preggo this time! Definitely feeling some crampyness today so I should be ovulating soon if not already!

Sorry only just now saw this - people get pregnant doing RepHresh in all kinds of different patterns, I just have the 8-12-24 recommendation because that's what worked for most people. You're still in with a shot.

No more shallow penetration. I see NO evidence it helps anyone and I think it's really, really low chances of conceiving.

Ok, thanks atomic!! I will do the 8-12-24 next cycle.. still can't believe I messed it up lol oh well!!

Just to clarify by 8-12-24 I mean 8 hours at the soonest, if that doesn't work go to 12, if that doesn't work go to 24. That wasn't super clear of me

Ok that makes more sense! I was thinking you meant either 8-12 or 24 hrs before but wasn't 100% sure

Well I was out for this month!! Af showed up today :( should I try the 8hrs before for my next attempt?

Well, it's up to you of course but I'd do more like 12 or 24. At your discretion - the REpH. has not been effective as a sway tactic and has cut odds of conception by quite a lot, but some people do still want to keep it in the mix for a few months.

I'll definitely keep that in mind if I'm not getting lucky and conceiving! I think I'm going to try it 24hrs before attempt to help up keep the odds up a little more.. I actually found some Rephresh wash for the shower too, I don't know if that would cut odds of conception or not since it's not internal.

We haven't played around with that, it may cut odds some but certainly not as much as douching or something like that. :)
