DH exercise & health suite. HELP! [emoji85]

Ok so I'm planing to try and sway pink and start in September after I've been on the diet for a while and recently re started the gym doing only cardio this time. I have to take benedryl due to hay fever and skin allergys but DH has now started using the sauna and steam room as well as jogging and the gym :/ I don't know if I should drop something as it just seems with all this I won't be getting pregnant at all [emoji85][emoji85]

Well, jogging actually seems to sway so I'd keep that in the mix.

All you can do is try and see if you get pregnant that way. Benadryl would be the first thing I'd drop but obviously if you need it for allergies you can't do that!
