Boy sway coming up

Hello everyone! Mummy of two beautiful girls here, hoping to complete our family with a little boy.
I've been lurking on this website for a while now, and started swaying around 3 months ago. Looking at first attempt in about 3 weeks. Just wondering if anyone had any advice or opinions on my sway.

Supps: fish oil 1000 (2/day), coq10, vit D, folic acid, royal jelly, probiotic, multivitamin
Will start fertile cm and guaifenesin from AF next cycle.

DH: fish oil, coq10, multivitamin, vit D

Stopped EPO and wheatgrass after reading here recently some possible failed sways that had these in common but have been taking up until a week or so ago.

Drinks: Lemon water first thing
V8 juice once or twice per day
Finding it hard but will try to stop my daily full-fat milk latte/ coffee, but have been drinking these up until now.
Green tea or normal tea
Water

Breakfast: cereal, granola and whole milk
Or
An egg on toast with avocado

Daily Smoothie of banana, avocado, apple, lemon, gelatin, pumpkin seeds and coconut water

Lunch: salmon sushi or veggie soup or salad sandwich

Dinner of grass-fed beef (3/week) or fish (2/week) with lots of vegetables. Some takeaway or stir fry also.

Starting a bit of weight training exercise.

Have got pre-seed ready for attempt.

I'm thinking I'll BD maybe same day or next day after flashing smiley on clearblue OPK.
Will go with BD of every 3 days or so (protected) for the two weeks preceding attempt.

I'm 33, he's 38.

Moon won't be full, but that's out of my hands I guess.

Any thoughts? Xx

No RJBP and Fertile CM. RJ is not safe and may really mess up your cycle, Fertile CM has really really messed up cycles, dried up CM for at least half of the people who used it, and I found way more pink opposites with people using it.

I would personally continue full fat milk, just switch tea for coffee.

With the meals you are having veggie soup and salad sandwich you need to be getting some protein with that.

Fish no more than 2x a week due to risks of mercury. it looks to me like you may be eating too much fish.

Your plan for BD will not work. You're basically suggesting one attempt at a cutoff!! One attempt has swayed strongly pink for us and most will want to skip the cutoff timing (even though it probably does nothing.) You need to wait for SOLID smiley and have 3 attempts, one the night of solid, again the next morning, and then again the following night.

Will cut back on fish to once/ week, and increase protein during the day, thanks.

OH ok that makes more sense. I was like "she's going to do one attempt at a cutoff? that is a blue sway I have never heard before!" LOL

You do not have to BD before the pos OPK (solid smiley) if you don't want to. Scientists have proved timing doesn't sway, 50-50 B and G conceived every day of cycle, most of us on here have timing opposites with cutoffs (I have 3 of 4 boys with cutoffs!!) The important thing is that we have seen one attempt = lots of girls and so it's kind of important to be in with at least 2, and preferably 3 attempts before that egg drops or right as it does. So the night of positive OPK, again the next morning if you possibly can, and then again the following night. That will be 3 attempts all in Shettles' window if that is important to you.

Yes, I'd like to see the RJ go. If I could completely get rid of it all together for everyone on the planet I would!
