And will do it for 12 weeks before trying

Hi! I think I'm going to start the diet end of June, so in a month or so. Will start ttc Sept/Oct. Is that similar to your timeline? We're swaying pink! How bout you? I'm new to this site so I'm still learning how to navigate around.

Have you decided if you'll use the opk's? Otherwise the next best option is to BD e4d? I think I'm going to have to use the kits, I can't really track my cycle right now because I still have the mirena in, and I'm not taking it out until we're ready to conceive and will try to catch the first egg after removal. Is your DH doing any supps?

He is eating less red meat and generally healthier meals but still eating chicken!!
He would happily take something if it will help??
Oh and he does drink fruit teas every day, I looked at the ingredients and they all have licourice root in haha I thought well that can't be a bad thing?
