Hi all,
I'm sticking to my diet pretty closely, rarely going over 1650 calories. I swear I was eating double before that, or at LEAST 1000 more a day. I "lost" a couple pounds overnight a few days ago, but now I'm back basically where I started. It's been about a week on the diet so I don't feel like I'm losing anything... Do I just need to be patient? I seriously lost 7 pounds on a Whole30, eating TONS of calories a day! So I'm a little frustrated :D
