Personally I think it's fine. Individual foods don't sway, it's your diet overall that matters.
I make one once in a while with quorn mince the meat substitute. My Dh loves it and says it's better that real mince!
It is still high in protein but just make sure you are within your limits and its fine I think. I have more pasta than sauce and no cheese just fresh herbs on top and its a nice treat meal.

That is great thanks. See with fruit should we have fat with it such as avocado to slow sugar spike and absorb vitamins better?
I don't think you need to worry about tiny details like that. Just eat relatively normally and live your life trying not to think about swaying every second of every day. :)
