Serious headaches

Hello! So I've been following this diet since last Sunday, so only 11 days so far. Once a week I've. Heated a bit with calories. I've cut out all meat and have only been eating twice a day, at 10 and then 5. For the first 4 days I was fine but on the fifth day and every day since I've had a chronic headache that won't go away. I've tried Tylenol and it's not working. I wake up with it and go to bed with it. I drink plenty of water. I'm not sure what I can do to relieve it but I'm starting to think it's from my dietary changes.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Add in a 3rd meal. Both 2 and 3 meals are fine on LE Diet, people do whichever option is working better for them.

Can you lease tell me more about what you are eating and if you are taking any supplements?

Also, have you recently cut out caffeine?

This was me last week and a coworker too. (She's obviously not on LE Diet). It might not have anything to do with the diet but maybe season change? I had a headache that was almost a migraine for 3 days and finally took Advil Cold and Sinus (as long as you are not pregnant) and it was gone within 30 mins. Worked for both of us! Maybe it's just a sinus thing!

Ok thank you I'll add in another meal. I still drink 2 cups of coffee a day. I've been eating pasta, rice, cooked veggies, berries, waffles, and rice cakes for the most part.

Do you have totals on cals, protein, and fat?
