BD questions
LE diet going fairly well!
Going to start trying in 4/6 weeks (been on diet for two weeks) thinking it will take a few months to fall preg which is ok!
But I just can't decide what way to try
I've never used ovulation kits before! The thought kinda stresses me out
Do I just buy the strips
And using this method do you have one attempt as soon as they go 'positive'??
So would be a few days before O? And then that's it no more attempts until after ovulation?
Other option is e4d? Is that what you recommend for people to start with?
I'm 26, partner is 33
No fertility issues or anything
Thanks

Atomic usually suggest you do the first attempt at positive opk, and then continue it out with every four days until bfp comes or af arrives. She will elaborate more on which she prefers you do. Gl!!

In the past, I've found the digital kits are less stressful, but more expensive.

I like you guys to start with one attempt at positive OPK. That is NOT a few days before O, it is 24-36 hours before O.
Often I will have people have attempts every 4 days after that one attempt (in case of delayed O) but at 26 we do have the time to spare if you want to give it a month or two not doing that (thus ensuring you will be in with only one attempt or nothing!) Totally up to you though.
We have had good results with Wondfo brand. The digitals are just as confusing and they're sooo expensive people end up not testing with them often enough to save money.

Great thanks for the advice!
Have just been given a fertility machine thing that I just need to buy the strips for!! So going to try that and if not buy the disposable ones!!
I like the idea of one attempt so will try that for a few months and if no luck will change things up a little!!
Many thanks x
