Please help with what to do for clomid round 2!

I did not get pregnant this first round of clomid. I am so shocked as I got pregnant right away with all 3 of my boys.
We did CD 10 attempt, CD 14 attempt and I think I ovulated CD 15. I J&D after about 5-8 min each time.

I also was so shocked at my side effects from clomid (is it maybe because I took for swaying only?). I'm worried it messed up my swaying as I've been so nauseated/lethargic I have not worked out at all and I am so bloated I look 3 months pregnant. I also went from 109 to 113 while on it. Is the weight gain going to sway boy and lack of exercise? I will try to loose it but I'm so incredibly bloated that its painful. Does that up my risk of twins since I had such bloating and cramps from the clomid?

Please tell me what to do differently this time. should I take clomid again? If I do, this will be my last round on it. Not jump and dump this time? do e4d beginning when? and do I still do it at positive OPK?
