I'm ttc a baby boy . I read that I must change my cm from acidic to alkaline
And I read about fertile cm and L - arginine
What is the best ?
Concedring that sometimes I have problems with my period :shrug:
My period usually last for 6 days but sometime last for 13 days and become very light
The title of my post is what is the best larginine or fertile cm in trying to conceive a baby boy ?

Hey Salwa,
Many swayers on this site have given up on trying to alter pH. My understanding is the results didn't seem to improve when trying all the pH stuff and some of the things may even harm chances of conception. I know Atomic puts Fertile cm into this category. Not sure on L-arginine but sure someone will suggest.
Blue stayers here tend to follow the HE diet with weights training and 3 attempts at +opk.

We have given both of them up. We found that both of them (the Fertile CM has l-arginine IN it) really messed up people's cycles very badly, delaying or even stopping ovulation for many people. Others reported they actually had less EWCM while taking them!! (and were more acidic as a result) And I saw many people go on to get girls while using them anyway. I no longer recommend them for DW at all. You CAN give the l-arginine to your husband if you already bought it, though.
Re pH - so many of us had pH opposites (I got a boy with pH of 4.5ish that never went up till after I was already pregnant!) that it's pretty unlikely it comes down to that. You can read the full case against pH here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...ph-pickle.html
