I just got my pretesting u/s results and I have only got one single egg!!!!!!!!!!!!
Would you say there's anything I can do to still pursue my dream or would you recommend I lick my wounds and move on without having another baby?

While I agree it might be difficult if you make very few eggs , you could always freeze and batch the embryos and test them all at once. We have done this quite often.
