Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I am a constant snacker so at the beginning of the diet i found it so hard, i also used to eat meat twice a day, when i started my sway i was eating breakfast at 10am lunch at one and dinner at 5 after a few weeks on the diet i cut out breakfast completely and on ate at 12pm and 5pm and then had wine around 8pm. I was on the diet for 11 weeks when i got my BFP

Comments regarding DH's diet-
DP went vegetarian aswell a few weeks after i started the diet, i didnt ask him to as i thought we would be ttc for quite a while so i wanted him to be happy with everything but he chose to do it so he ended up going meat free for about 9 weeks, he also took OLE.

DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly 2-3 cups a day with sweetners.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
I weighed 9stone 5 in april when starting the diet quite a high-healthy range BMI of 24 and by the time i conceived i was 8stone 2 with a BMI of 20.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
i did 60 mins cardio 6 days a week, i hated it so i decided after our second month of trying that i was going to stop (little did i know i was already pregnant) i stopped exercising about 2dpo

Little pink hat under the bed, not because i really feel that it sways i just thought it was nice to have a little something to remind me what i was doing it all for.
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
i feel good that even though i full intended to stop exercising that i was still exercising i was still doing it at the time we concieved, not snacking or eating meat were a huge change to my normal diet even though i still ate crisps and noodles and things i liked to eat to get my fat intake up i made huge changes. I ate meat once during my TWW last month when i didnt conceive and also again this month before i got my BFP. I have a niggling worry that O-3 and O day were gonna be two attempts which i how i conceived one of my boys but im trying not to let those thoughts over ride all the other things that ive done!
