Is this ok to drink?
Was going to use my Total Nutrition active nutrient release powder which I have at home
It contains -
Activated pre-sprouted Barley
Apple
Flaxseed
Barley grass
Quinoa
Spirulina
Bilberry fruit
Carrot
Turmeric
Kelp
I'm not sure if this sways, have a feeling flaxseed and spirulina is a no no for blue?? Anyone know for sure?

Nope, I would not have you drink that. Flaxseed is a definite no, and the barley stuff is closely related to wheatgrass and I feel like we've seen opposites with the people who are drinking a lot of wheatgrass in the supplement forms.
Spirulina and kelp I prefer ALL women of childbearing age to go very light on that, no more than 2x a week. Those plant actually make toxins that protect against insects eating them, and it's never been proven to be safe in any way and some links have been found between taking a lot of spirulina and getting ALS (which no one wants to mess with)
