Supplements after BFP..
I was taking these for my sway..
Prenatal (I'll keep taking)
Folic acid (I should take until 12 weeks and then wean off, right??)
Probiotic (I've heard is good to continue but not necessary. If I stop, do I need to wean?)
Fish oil 1200 MG soft gel eod (This is the one I'm really not sure about. Should I keep taking it. Is it necessary? Is it harmful to take that high of a dose during early pregnancy? Should I stop completely or do I need to add more and more days between gradually until I stop?)
Please help! TIA!

Fish oil is supposed to be safe to continue BUT if you'd prefer just go ahead and switch over (by spacing doses) to a DHA supp designed to be used during pregnancy. I feel like those are more proven safe than fish oil itself.

So I should go from eod to e3d for a while, and then e4d for a while, e5d.. and then just stop taking it? And then begin taking something approved for pregnancy?

Yes but start the "approved for pregnancy" thing at the same time, in the off days. You want to gradually ease off the one, without completely stopping the good stuff coming in.
