Any additional supplement info? was taking a B-50 supplement for energy, but had been on/off taking this for a few months. Did not take the month before TTC.

Comments regarding DW's diet changes- Increased calorie intake the month before TTC mainly due to vacation. Ate breakfast almost every day in the month leading up to TTC. Gained approximately 5lbs in the two months before TTC.

Did DH change his diet with you? Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet- DH had been skipping breakfast, eating a light lunch, and then a big dinner daily. Month before TTC, ate lunch, snacks, and dinner almost daily.

DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I did not factor that into my sway

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? 170 (gained about 10 pounds since March)
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? did not exercise. month before TTC was fairly active with vacation (pulling heavy beach cart to/from beach daily)

DH was quite heavy before TTC both DD's. He lost about 40 pounds a few years ago and has kept it off. He is quite active with surf paddleboarding and being outdoors. He does drink diet soda alot and smokes.
The month before TTC, we were on vacation for two weeks, our diet increased ALOT and we were very active outdoors and at the beach daily.
I also took epsom salt baths a couple times the week before TTC.
Did you do anything with Ions? No, but I work on a computer every day and do have salt lamps in the house.

Did you use any Old Wives Tales? No
Things that make me feel great about my sway: I am hopeful that the increase in diet during the month prior along with all the changes that we've made since having our two DD's was enough to give us our little boy.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: I'm worried that I didn't eat breakfast enough and that taking the supplements not every day was not good.
