Sweet tooth saviours

Anyone got ideas for low fat, low protein sweet foods. Don't mind higher calories as would be happy to sacrifice them elsewhere.

I'm addicted to sugar!

I have one thing I've been using to try and curb my intake...

Green & blacks hot chcolate (4 tsps)- 1.2g fat, 1.2g protein, 52cal
Mixed with 250ml unsweetened almond milk 8.2g fat, 0.3g protein, 98cal
3 normal size marshmallows (24g) melted in 0g fat, 1g protein, 79cal.

Total- 9.4g fat, 2.5g protein, 229cal.

Really helps to feel like I'm having a pudding! Anyone else got any other ideas?

I found that 1-2 squares of Dove milk chocolate helped me. I also popped a few Airhead bites, skittles, or red vines. Oh, I had red vines regularly! Low fat and protein and you can have 4, which is a serving! Then I would have one of the other options if I needed to!

I had to google red vines! They sound great, love red licquorice. Will have to see if I can get hold of some!

I also forgot to mention one of the things I had I place of ice cream- raspberry sherbert! There is no fat, trace protein and 150 calories in two heaping scoops!

I really enjoyed full sugar soda pop while I was swaying. If I could have only one treat from now till the rest of my life it would be pop!

Mmm sherbet! Used to love it as a child. Will definitely be on the hunt for sherbet and red vines today. Full fat pop is a good one too for bulking up on calories for very little goodness. Will be adding all to my shopping list today!
