Opk still negative

I'm on cd13 and my opk is still negative... does this mean I won't ovulate on cd15??

Are your cycles usually 28 days? I have long cycles (about 35 days) and ovulated on day 22!

It may, but I'd have attempt now to cover and keep doing the OPK in case O is delayed. If you do get a positive OPK within 2 days, stick with this attempt. If 4 days, have another attempt. If it's 3 days, and you can't decide, flip a coin and do what the coin tells you (really!) Either way, have another attempt on the 4th day with or without pos OPK.

That way we are being protected against false negative OPK!

Why do you think that?

If I had a nickel for every woman who had told me "I don't think I will ovulate this month" who DID ovulate that month, I would be a millionaire by now. :)

The odds are very high you will ovulate unless you have some concrete reason for believing that you won't ovulate.

Can you tell me more about why you think you won't ovulate?

Atomic, I did finally ovulate with a positive OPK, there is an actual tread about it where I ask you when to BD and I answer myself with one of your old answers! Did you get it? [emoji23]
I thought I wouldn't ovulate because I had a MC and D&C about a month ago, and I had one AF 12 days after that, you told me not to get my hopes up that my cycles would be back to normal, so I'm just waiting to see what happens.
I think you are going to see it soon, I can only imagine what it must be like having to answer to all of us crazy ladies, hard job!
