Exercise Motivation!
Hello ladies! I've decided to add 60 minutes of daily power walking to my sway. I'm on Day three and I just wanted to suggest the pod cast 's-town' for those of you that are looking for something other than music to listen to while you work out. It has some vulgar language and is definitely r rated. Im actually looking forward to my walks just so I can listen!

I just finished my first week of hourly workouts (brisk walk with an incline or I cycle). I feel so good! My legs hurt, but it feels good to be working out so much! I just started a Netflix series, or watch a movie or show and that makes time fly!
