Extra Supps on top of prenatal or multi
What are supplements that you should be taking extra of on top of the prenatal? Either through diet or pill. Example, Folic acid. Women's 1 a day has 800mcg but that is all for the day. Should I be taking an extra Folic Acid pill ontop of that to reach around 2,000? Same for Omega 3 fatty Acids, should I be taking an extra supplement ? I think I pretty much have a good chart made but it doesn't take in count for the prenatal, only If I were to take each needed supplement separately.
