Hmmm. If only one sway tactic is used, I would become very strict on the LE diet. Like staying well within the limits and not going over rarely for the 12 weeks before the first attempt.
However, this is hard for me or anyone to say really. The LE diet for 12+ weeks, cardio 5-7 days a week for 60min, and one attempt (either by positive opk OR BDing every 4 days) is what is getting the best results. I don't mean to sound harsh, but changing up your lifestyle is kind of the point to encourage your body to change its environment.

Well, diet and exercise both involve changing your whole lifestyle so I am assuming those are not the answers you were wanting??
I guess one attempt, but I believe both diet and exercise are better.
If you need an easier way, you can try just going vegetarian, we have had good luck with that.
