I believe that with Clomid, diet, and exercise your chances will be in the neighborhood of 70-75%. I try to keep our statistics reasonable so no one goes in with unreasonble expectations but since Clomid is at 75%, exercise at 72%, and diet at 70%, I think that's a reasonable figure to go with.

Most people have few side effects with the Clomid. Most people will take only 50 mg (no more unless prescribed by your doctor!!) Most of us don't do the ultrasound monitoring, but it may be a good way to prevent multiples.

Since you are taking Clomid and are very low wegiht I would not do abstain, FR, or licorice root for your husband (none of them have worked anyway) I would either have him do regular release every 2-4 days, or just let him "do what he does" meaning that he just does whatever it is he does normally. You can have this release either on his own or with you, with a condom.

For your weight I would try to just hold steady, not lose any weight, and then if a small amount comes off, it will be ok and won't stop your ovulation. If you lose too much weight you will stop ovulating so we want to prevent that from happening.

Pasta and rice are fine on LE Diet unless you have polycystic ovaries (in that case, you can have them but just in lesser quantities).
