Tips for Getting Baby Anterior
Baby girl is right sided posterior, which I was told is good if she decides to descend into the canal before turning. However, I'd like to see if I can get her to flip over. She is almost on her side, which is good for her to flip. Here is what I've been doing daily anyway:
Pelvic tilts, cat and cow, downward facing dog, squats, and low inversions with my chest resting on stacked pillows.
I also naturally sleep on my left side with my right leg on a pillow over my left leg that is straight (I was told this is the best way to help encourage her to flip).
Any other suggestions? My DS3 was not in the ideal position to flip because he was on my left side. He couldn't tuck his chin under and didn't flip until pushing, which sucked major ass!! Try having your baby flip as your pushing him out- need I mention the rotating shoulders [emoji30][emoji51]! I feel if I can survive that, I can survive this if she doesn't flip in time! At least her chin will be tucked, but it's the damn shoulders rotating that make me shudder!
Thanks!
