Some questions on LE diet
Hi all!
I have some questions on the LE diet which I am following now for three weeks. I am doing a 'relaxt' way of the diet so changed a lot compared to my diet before but do allow myself on a birthday a piece of pie :-) I am feeling quite hungry in between meals and I am losing weight while not doing extra exercising (as my bmi is low already). I lost a cup size and I am losing hair as well. What do you recommend? Eat extra meals? Eat more? Thanks! If we go for it I planned to ttc in October (6 weeks diet)
