Struggling to think of any girl friendly meals!

My first post so please bear with me!
Me and DH are going to start TTC (hopefully a girl) in January therefore I am going to get my diet sorted out 3 months beforehand.
I NEVER eat breakfast nor lunch, I basically only eat once a day (5PM ish) this has always worked for me (I think I may have a slow metabolism)
Does anyone know if pasta with a cheese sauce (zero meat) would be suitable for me? I am trying to think of something that would bring my calories up without swaying blue. I would also have a large bowl of Frosties afterwards (my sweet stuff!)
If anyone could help I’d be grateful!
