Chia seeds for blue sway

Are chia seeds good for blue sway? I mean are thet used to increase cm?

Chia seeds have phytoestrogens in them (lignans, to be specific) which are ok in small amounts like in your diet but I DO NOT want you guys treating these as a supplement and eating them in large amounts every day.

Do you recommend three attempts in fertile window even with low sperm cpunt?

if he can!! Especially with low sperm count! All attempts in the fertile window have a chance at the egg so the more the merrier.
