I am back after giving birth to my fourth baby boy!!! I want to sway again for the last time but really give it my all this time around! I have a custom sway plan but I wanted to see what’s been new since I’ve last been here in 2016, if anything? Is one attempt, exercise with the diet still getting the best results? Any new supplements you recommend? I am breastfeeding.. is that still good for a pink sway?
