Only thing I can think of is stopping peppermint tea (if using) at O.
Can't caffeine cause m/c tho?

Coffee I'd continue because if you go off and on it it can make you get bad headaches. If you're hitting it hard, you can cut back a little but personally I've always continued it.
Alcohol at your own discretion; personally I don't think 1 drink a day till BFP is a biggie but that is something everyone needs to decide for themselves.
Vitex, SP, pep tea
Cinnamon to 1/8 teaspoon
People on Myoinositol, I have them cut back.
