Anyone ever drink kombucha while swaying blue or are there any concerns about it?
It probably sways blue BUT I haven't seen a million people drinking it and getting boys. I'd go easy with it 2-3 times per week.

It does taste good!!! The brand I really like is called "brew dr." It almost reminds me of drinking a beer, and technically it has 0.5% alcohol content from the fermentation. There's lots of yummy flavours and it's super refreshing :)Quote:
