Just wanted to update that we did get pregnant this past month- our first TTC girl cycle. I used rePhresh 3 hours before attempt, attempted O+12, had sex only once that cycle, and followed the diet as strictly as possible. I was wondering if there were any failed rePhresh attempts? When I was going through success stories, it seemed like they all used rePhresh!
DH also took a hot shower and ran hot water over his balls until he couldn't take it any more!! I'm surprised we got pregnant.
Rephresh has gotten about the same results as the site as a whole. The same number of people got boys and girls with and without it. Thus I have to conclude it's not really doing anything.
But the one attempt has been effective so that is great. :agree:
