Review my girl sway? One attempt at first positive Opk!

This is my 4th month ttc (was out last month) but this is my first month doing one attempt at first positive Opk. Other months I did a day before positive or completly missed it.

2 months ago when I did ovulate the test was justttt even but clearblue picked it up as positive and over the course of 2 days the line got darker and eventually on the second day after first positive it was blazing darker than the control on easy home and clear blue. Then I got a temp rise after that day. Meaning that blazing day was ovulation (2 days after first positive)

***This month I had ewcm Sunday Monday and Tuesday and a little today Wednesday)) Sunday and Monday Lh test was super faint barly even there then Tuesday morning was almost positive and early afternoon at 1pm I got a positive that same day Tuesday... easy home strip test lh line was darker than control but clear blue was barly not even even but it did come up as positive. I think clearblue is less sensitive than the easy home?.. But I Did my one attempt. Today I took another clearblue and it’s Positive..completely even so a lot darker than yesterday. I had a temp dip Sunday and even lower Monday.
Tuesday it went to normal range and today was in normal range as well I’m hoping I don’t release the egg today hopfully it’s tomorrow I’ll see what bbt chart does. (I know timing 2-4 days before ovulation isn’t always correct for girl sway but makes me nervous since my son I bd day of temp dip and 2 days later also acouple times earlier that cycle I also was taking prenatal I didn’t use opks)

I take folate and 1/4 cinnamon been jogging 2 days a week wish I could of done more slowed down on meat in general no red meat usually maybe once a month. My ph is 4 husband is 7 or 8 after we bd it was like a 5. Husband just takes olive leaf extract now. Praying my girl sway worked? What do you guys think? Ahh

I wouldn't stress too much about the timing.
I BD'd 4-5 days before O with my first son (1 attempt), then with 2 attempts the day before and day of O with my second son.
The more I read the more it seems like timing has been debunked anyway.

I think the most important thing is your diet, exercise/no exercise (if you're not doing an hour of running I would consider dropping that, especially seeing as though you're only doing 2 times a week?) and 1 attempt at O.
I find it hard to jog for an hour straight so I've dropped the running and I'm walking or doing cardio aerobics workouts for 50-60 mins, 4-5 times a week.

Well I’ve been working out more like 3 but this last week was 2 I finally just joined a gym that had child care and it’s been so humid outside not to mention storming everyday in FL so I was like ehhh joining a gym. I want to do 4-5 days a week. I just really started cardio on and off and of course I am ovulated earlier than I thought this month.

I’m not a runner more of a sprinter/ fast walking and I’ll do that for 45-60 Min plus and any other cardio within that time frame. Dang I never heard of 4 day cut off with only one attempt being a boy! My son pretty much was right on O day so I was trying to do something different except I didn’t use Opk just bbt so idkkk. I do believe in less meat lower cal and nutrition for girl I was on prenatal with my son and doing lots of weight training with and Pilates before he was conceived. I guess we shall see when my temp rises when I Oed.

I know, it's so confusing. If I looked at when my boys were conceived it's no wonder they say timing has now be debunked.
I have put all my faith in the fact that it's mainly diet. When I conceived them my diet was very much a HE diet, so hopefully the fact that I'm now doing LE, no snacking and not eating breakfast until 11am or so that'll make a difference! And I was exercising fairly regularly, but only around 30 mins or so at a time.

Scientists have studied it using actual technology so women know for sure 100% when they Oed and found 50-50 boys and girls conceived every cycle day. Plus 4 DBO is pretty slim chances of O so most people who think they conceived by BD that day probably Oed sooner than they thought.

You are welcome to use timing if you want to, but just pick a day where you have a legit chance of getting pregnant that's all and be sure you're doing the stuff that works at the same time. :)

So I did my one attemp at first positive Tuesday 1pm but didn’t ovulate till Thursday later in the evening or night till Friday based of cramping and strongest lh line so ended up having a 2.5-3 day cut off I wanted it closer but did my one attempt at first positive like I was suppose to sooo praying baby girl comes this month :/ :) has a temp rise today Saturday ah
