Can I get pregnant with a cyst?

Hi ladies

I have one endometrial cyst on my right faloppian tube. The cyst is (5*5cm)
Did any of you has get pregnant with a cyst?

You can but it may be much better to have it removed since you may not O from that side, what has your doc said??
