I am looking at multi-vitamins and most of them have Zinc @ 15mg which is 100% of DV. My DH is taking a multi-vitamin that has 15mg already.. I am now little hesitant to give more than daily recommended value. He is also taking CoQ10. Why is everyone here considering taking more than 15mg....i think suggested amount is 50mg....
I am being cautious about what I am giving my DH as he really doesn't care so it makes it even harder for me as I have to watch everything I am making him take for this sway:)
