Last Wednesday when I weighed myself I was so beyond happy, I have been consistently losing weight, but today (after having a really not great weekend with my diet) I'm up 2.2 lbs, I'm not sure if it's water weight or what not. There's been times that my weight has fluctuated throughout this sway, either because of AF or having foods high in sodium and not drinking enough water. It's always dropped back down (because I usually kick my butt back into gear). Now that my husband are getting close and closer to TTC it's been stressing me out massively. I said this in a previous post, but for some reason I'm having a hard time with self control. Prior to swaying I was dieting for 7 months and had no issues whatsoever, lost 75 lbs. after a pretty stressful period I gained some weight back. Since starting swaying I've lost all the weight that I gained but I often find myself picking at snacks that I really shouldn't be having. Especially sat,sun and Monday with all of the Halloween festivities.
Any advice? Did I totally mess up my sway?
