From what I've read LP shouldn't vary much at all usually mine is 13 days on the dot but this month was 12, I know it's just one day but it's always 13!
I tested with opk everyday and definitely didn't ovulate earlier, is this normal?

Mine used to be 14 now it fluctuates between 9 and 12 (since being on LE)
This worries me! I know a short LP can make it hard to get pregnant :(
I wouldn't worry about it being 12 days long.
I have very easily gotten pregnant (1st and 2nd month with both pregnancies) with a luteal phase of 10-11 days :)
I think anything over 9 is ok?
Mine to started at 13 days, then to 12, 11 and back to 12 then 13. I did LE diet for the better part of 2015. It can affect your lp but anything 10 days and over is considered ok :) I have heard of people conceiving successfully with 8 and 9 though....

Yes it can, but 12 days is still totally normal
if you are worried about short LP be sure you are eating enough and add in a serving of full fat dairy every day and 4-6 eggs a week.
Thanks I know I'm not in the official "short LP" window but was wondering if each month it would get less! I've been eating a few more eggs these past 2 weeks anyway so hopefully that'll help!
The up side I'm the lowest adult weight I've ever been and I struggle to lose (pcos) I feel fantastic! Also my periods aren't heavy and painful like they've always been?!
No way to know, just do the dairy and eggs! May want to drop fiber or cut back just in case it's absorbing too much fat.
Yes lots of us have seen shorter and lighter periods on LE Diet! Keep up the good work!
Thanks atomic im really proud of myself I never stick to diet, crazy how the longing for a daughter can motivate you!
I have a question I know I've read weight loss as such isn't a big sway factor but I've been losing since early this year due to getting married in June and didn't start he LE officially till august, do you think the losing weight (although slowly) before my wedding will help towards my sway at all?
