Increasing sway from AF to +opk
Hi ladies, I thought This post would be a good one to refer to for anyone looking to clarify good practices for sway from AF appears till +opk.
I’ve been following HE diet and taking my supps, now that AF is here on the month of ttc what else should I be doing on top of this. (And all other fellow blue sways)
From reading ive seen;
*** From AF to + opk ***
Drinking grapefruit juice to increase CM (is this from AF onwards?)
Taking Robitussin (is this in week leading to O?)
Dtd eod (personally we won’t be releasing inside until 3 attempts around +opk)
Pre seed - I see some people start inserting this I guess from end of AF For PH (is it recommended?)
O’s I believe it’s good for us to get in some O’s again for the PH
Cool showers for DH and wear loose boxers
Surround myself with positive ions

Ice on DH jewels 30 mins before dtd
Dh drink coffee or red bull 30 mins before dtd
*** dtd ***
Good penetrative position ie doggy position
Female O (is it best before, same time or after dh?)
Don’t jump and dunk, prop bum/legs up after dtd for 30mins or longer
Be surrounded by positive ions in the room
So that’s what I’ve managed to gather from reading many many posts, any other recommendations or thoughts to add to this ?
