Would you recommend doing abstain for 7-10 days before one attempt or E4d, or does it matter?
This is my first month trying, and my husband and I are both 30. Are there different reasons people choose to do one or the other?
Thanks

It is whatever you decide. I would flip and coin and do what it says, haha! They both will give you one attempt in your fertile window.
🤞🏻for you!

One attempt should be at your first positive opk :) unless you’re doing e4d then it’ll just fall once in your fertile window!
most people like to start off doing abstain + one attempt at first jsut to say they tried everything.
totally up to you, though
Nothing is 100% and yes you can still get boys with one attempt but one attempt has been so good for so long that we should still do it even if you got a boy that way before.
Don't have attempts on O Day, not because it sways but because it is lower chances of conception than 1-2 days before O.
Technically you can hit 2 attempts in fertile window BUT the way it works out is that if you do end up with attempt on O-3 and O Day you'll have conceived from the first O-3 attempt if anything was left before the second attempt has had time to capacitate and make it to the egg. And if the O-3 attempt is dead and gone then the O Day will have a chance.
